Palate Training and Sensory Analysis
of Coffee
Using techniques developed for the wine
industry and with wine and coffee experts, this
workshop is designed for roasters, baristas
and serious amateurs to learn and appreciate
flavours and aromas found in coffee.
Day one will focus on training your palate to
identify different tastes, flavours and aromas.
Day two is devoted to tasting a range of
coffees to show the effects of plant variety,
growing region, processing and roasting
techniques on the final flavour.
$600.00 (includes lunch, morning and
afternoon coffee both days).
